Anthony Wood is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom as well as Canada. Working for KPMG on both continents as business advisor and auditor, Mr. Wood has accumulated extensive experience in regulatory and reporting practices in a variety of countries around the world. Joining Diagem in late 1997, he served as Chief Financial Officer until 2004 and had been instrumental in managing the Company through one of the worst resource markets in recent history whilst positioning it to take full advantage of a revitalized diamond industry and resource market.

David Crevier lives in Montreal where he is a partner in a law firm focused on business law and intellectual property. Mr. Crevier holds degrees in civil and common law from McGill University and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1975. He has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations, securities and equity investment, particularly in the areas of technology and natural resources.

Jacques Lewy is a Principal and founder of Natural Diamond Corp. NV., a pre-eminent diamond marketing company (both rough and polished) headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium. Natural Diamond markets diamonds from a variety of diamond producers around the world, including Canadian diamonds. Mr. Lewy brings considerable experience and knowledge of the diamond industry and current diamond markets.  

R. Philip Renaud is presently the Managing Director of Church Advisors, a European investment advisory business. Until recently, he was a founding partner of Change Capital Partners, a 300 million Euro private equity fund. In the past 10 years he has worked closely with his family who are investors in both private equity and natural resources. He currently holds directorships of Canadian Underwriting Ltd., Dia Bras Exploration Inc., Barewalls.com and the Churchwine Company.  

Ambassador Carlos Alberto Pessôa Pardellas has recently retired from the Brazilian diplomatic service, having served in multiple European and Middle Eastern countries as well as holding posts in China and the United States. He has also been a member of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1962 and for a number of years headed the Brazilian Trade Centre in London, England. In recent years he has held posts with the Government of Brazil, including Director for the Affairs of the Amazon, Ministry of the Environment and Sub-Secretary of Strategic Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic.
